PROTOCOL.

1. Cancellation Window

Cancellations initiated at our Gorakhpur hub more than 7 days before Himalayan departure qualify for a full refund after minimal administrative processing.

2. Refund Tiers

72h before departure: 50% Refund.
24h before departure: No refund applicable due to vehicle reservation and border permit locks.

3. Border Rejections

Refunds are not granted if a traveler is rejected at the Nepal border due to invalid identification or personal legal complications beyond Tirupati Balaji's operational control.

4. Natural Himalayan Events

In case of tour cancellation by Tirupati Balaji due to extreme Himalayan weather or landslides, we offer full credit toward a future Nepal pilgrimage or a partial monetary refund.
