1. Agreement Scope

By accessing the Tirupati Balaji platform or booking our Nepal tour packages from Gorakhpur, you enter into a binding agreement with the Tirupati Balaji Group and its mountain transit operations.

2. Booking Prerequisites

Every traveler must provide valid identification (Aadhaar or Voter ID) for Nepal border clearance. The primary booker assumes full financial liability for selected cab rentals and tour itineraries.

3. Operational Hub Rights

We reserve the right to modify tour paths or vehicle assignments based on Himalayan road conditions, border protocols, or spiritual venue accessibility to ensure pilgrim safety.

4. Transit Accountability

Tirupati Balaji Group is not liable for border delays or unforeseen natural Himalayan events. Our elite drivers follow strict safety corridors to minimize any disruption to your sacred schedule.
